When am I charged?
The fee is deducted from the escrow amount when funds are released to the seller. You never pay upfront — only when the deal closes successfully.
Who pays the fee — buyer or seller?
By default the fee is split equally. Either party can agree to cover the full fee; this is set when creating the transaction.
Is there a minimum transaction size?
No minimum. Goldküste works for everything from a $20 online purchase to a $10 million import deal.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next transaction.
What counts as a "transaction"?
Any escrow agreement created on the platform — buying goods, paying for services, or a logistics-only shipment.
Do you offer refunds?
If a transaction fails before funds are released, the full amount (minus any processing costs already incurred) is returned to the buyer.
